At MegaKfood, we prioritize the freshness and quality of our authentic Korean groceries; therefore, we offer returns on non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery. Due to food safety regulations, perishable goods cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process

Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return or report as damaged.

Our team will review your request to ensure the items are unopened, within the return window, and meet our food safety standards.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Pack the approved items securely in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit back to our distribution center.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
